Overview

Vivora.ai is an educational platform designed to bring order to scattered study materials, helping users manage notes, classes, and resources in one streamlined space. The project aimed to strengthen both the product experience and marketing presence, ensuring they spoke the same visual and functional language.

Our Approach

Dashboard Design in Figma

We redesigned the interface to simplify how users interact with their classes, notes, and files. The layout prioritizes clarity, with structured navigation, balanced typography, and a calm color palette that reduces cognitive load. Special attention was given to responsive layouts, ensuring the dashboard works seamlessly on different screen sizes.

Landing Page – From Figma to Framer

We designed a marketing site that mirrors the product’s simplicity while showcasing its benefits. Built directly in Framer, the page incorporates smooth micro-interactions, responsive sections, and conversion-focused CTAs. The copy and visual hierarchy were tailored to guide visitors through Vivora.ai’s core features without overwhelming them.

Outcome

The redesigned dashboard improved task completion speed and reduced navigation friction in early testing. The new landing page provided a cohesive brand experience and supported the product launch by driving more engaged sign-ups. Together, they positioned Vivora.ai as a polished, trustworthy tool in the educational technology space.
