Building Bem.ai’s Visual Design System
Challenge
Bem.ai needed a cohesive, scalable visual identity that could support their rapid growth and make communication consistent across product launches, hiring posts, events, and social media. The main goal was to create a design system that felt modern, tech-driven, and flexible, while staying recognizable in every touchpoint.
Approach
We developed a modular design system built around a dark canvas, geometric accents, and vibrant highlight colors. The system uses:
- Consistent typography hierarchy for clarity and accessibility.
- Dot-grid backgrounds and orbit/grid motifs to reinforce the brand’s AI + systems theme.
- Dynamic color coding (yellow for live events, blue for speakers, red for highlights) to differentiate content at a glance.
- Scalable templates for event announcements, hiring posts, product updates, and team highlights.
Results
The new visual system unified Bem.ai’s social and marketing communication, making every post instantly recognizable.
- Event visuals (e.g., “From Inbox to Action”) clearly signal live/offline status while highlighting speakers.
- Hiring posts now stand out with bold role tags, improving reach on LinkedIn and Twitter.
- Product announcements leverage abstract orbit visuals to show innovation and scale.
- Team introductions use consistent portrait framing and callouts, humanizing the brand.
Together, these assets give Bem.ai a coherent voice across platforms, making their messaging more professional, engaging, and future-proof.
